With 4 days devoted entirely to you, our Snow and Yoga Retreat has been designed to rest your mind, nourish your body and fill your soul. Expect delicious yoga, nourishing and healing meals and fun-filled afternoons on the slopes with a top ski instructor, all set in a luxury boutique chalet in the heart of the Swiss Alps.

Arrive at Chalet Grand Loup to be welcomed by a glass of bubbles before you check into your en-suite bedroom, settle into the chalet and make the most of its facilities.
Each morning, awaken your body with a carefully sequenced 90 minute Vinyasa flow practice. Energise and improve flexibility during sun salutations and explore alignment and strengthening your core with dynamic movement - vital for yoga, skiing, and your day-to-day posture. We will then provide a delicious continental breakfast with freshly made juices and smoothies. The rest of the morning is yours to relax and take in the wonderful views of the surrounding mountains.
In the afternoon, you will meet with your instructor before enjoying a 3-hour ski lesson. Upon returning to the chalet, refuel with a yummy homemade cake and afternoon tea. To help you recover from skiing, the second yoga session is a 45 minute Yin and Restorative practice. Spending a few minutes in each pose, it will focus on opening the hips and legs which have been working hard, to release tension and relax your body and mind.
Finally, enjoy a healthy plant-based 3 course evening meal with wine and other non-alcoholic beverages. Meat and fish will be available for those that desire. Any dietary requirements can also be catered for.

We have just 4 bedrooms at Chalet Grand Loup, ensuring that your stay is intimate and relaxing. Each room features 2 single beds, sumptuous linens, bathrobes and slippers, a tv and private en-suite bathroom.
Travelling alone? Fear not. You don’t need to travel with a friend to benefit from our room-sharing prices. As most of our guests will be solo travellers, we will pair you up (same gender of course) so that you can enjoy a shared-room rate.

We get you out there hassle-free by organising your ski rental, lift pass and ski lessons with a top ski instructor from European Snowsports - Nendaz. Their instructors are hand-picked for their fantastic personalities, knowledge and life experience. Lessons are tailored to the needs of each individual, so you can improve quickly and come away feeling on top of the world.
Only a few minutes away from the chalet is our partner Premier Alpine Centre. The friendly, informed staff will help you collect your rental equipment ready for your lesson. Your instructor will also meet you here before guiding you to the nearby lift to start your lesson.

MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR
Having been exposed to an active and outdoor lifestyle from a young age, Becca has always been up for trying new challenges. Initially discovering yoga by stepping onto the mat to compliment running and workouts she was doing at the time, soon regular practice opened her eyes to a new understanding for the importance of finding balance in mind and awareness of body.
Becca qualified as a yoga instructor in 2016 and has since been teaching dynamic Power Vinyasa flow classes, with a Baptiste influence. More recently exploring and learning about the benefits of restorative & yin yoga, her teaching aims to link steady breath with each movement, focusing on different areas of the body, and offering variations in order to welcome and empower yogi’s of all levels.
TYPICAL DAILY SCHEDULE
The following is a guide to our schedule during the 4 day retreat:
07:00 - 90-minute invigorating Vinyasa Flow to warm up your body and mind and get you ready for a fun-filled day ahead
08:45 - Delicious continental breakfast with freshly made juices
09:30 - Free time
12:30-16:00 - Meet your instructor and enjoy some fun times on the slopes
16:30 - Return to the chalet for time to relax, unwind and indulge in a homemade cake with afternoon tea
18:00 - 45-minute restorative yoga session to stretch out your muscles
20:00 - Enjoy a wholesome evening meal in the company of friends old and new
